Scalable Production Capacity

The factory covers an area of 6,000 square meters and is equipped with 32 fully automated extrusion production lines (including 10 lines with 65 extruders, 2 lines with 80 extruders, and 20 lines with 51 extruders), enabling efficient and continuous production of materials such as PVC and WPC. Relying on a multi-machine combination, the factory integrates processes from material mixing, extrusion, cooling and shaping to cutting.

Solution Design and Quotation

The technical team will assess the feasibility of mold development based on the requirements, match materials and processes, and provide a detailed quotation. Throughout the process, we maintain transparent communication, supporting flexible adjustments to the solution, and ensuring precise alignment with the customer's budget and quality expectations.

Confirmation and Production​

After the contract is signed, production is fully open and transparent. We provide progress updates through images, text, or videos, with real-time feedback on key milestones. Automated production lines ensure efficient execution, and urgent orders can be expedited with priority scheduling to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Inspection and Delivery

Finished products undergo third-party inspection and support both remote verification and on-site sampling to ensure compliance with dimensional and performance standards before arranging CIF/FOB/door-to-door shipping. Our after-sales team tracks logistics throughout the entire process and provides a 3-year warranty, with a commitment to respond to any product issues within 24 hours.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?

 We do not have a strict minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement. The specific quantity is determined through negotiation based on the product type and process complexity, and we are flexible in supporting small batch trial orders. 

What is the delivery time for regular orders?

 For standard orders, the delivery time is 15-20 days, depending on the specific product and its requirements. 

How are after-sales issues handled?

Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours and provides technical guidance or replenishment solutions. If the issue is related to quality, we offer repair or replacement within the 3-year warranty period. 

How do you ensure the product quality meets the requirements?

The entire production process is transparent and traceable (video/picture reporting). We support third-party inspections or on-site factory visits. Before shipment, products undergo strict testing on dimensions, strength, and other criteria.
